Tried to email support. They were insulting as usual. I asked a simple question. My 360 WiFi disconnected and there is no signal. I have nothing to connect. Useless. I don’t even think it records anymore. I looked at the card and no recordings recently. I need to connect first though.
Hi @joslinte311 - I apologize for the issues you’ve had with your camera and with the suggestions from support. I read through your messages to support and determined since you have been unable to successfully view the WiFi network after a hard reset, we should issue a camera replacement. Please reply in the support email that was sent to initiate the process.
