Solid Red Light

Hi guys,

360 has been working perfectly up until the last few days when I have noticed the light on the front is a solid RED
It still appears to be recording as it is going click etc. However I am unable to connect via my pixel phone which i could before.

Any advise on what to do would be appreciated (was thinking of just doing a reset)

Hi @tmmcg54 - I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing some issues connecting to the Secure360. When you say you are unable to connect via my pixel phone, do you mean that you are not seeing the Secure360 wifi signal, or do you mean that you connect to the Wifi and you are unable to access the camera through the app?

Typically if the WiFi signal is not broadcasting a hard reset (holding the reset button down for 4+ seconds) should do the trick…
