Hi @PeterLinssen! So you’ve tried going to file, open camera…then selecting the “100TRANS” folder? What happens when you do that? You’ve checked both the highlighted and buffered video tabs and nothing appears? If you can let me know the process that you’ve taken, that may help me understand what is going on.
I just tested on my PC laptop running Windows 7 and it worked fine when I connected the camera, put into USB mode and then selected File/Open Camera and then chose the “100TRANS” folder. The program defaults to open the “highlights” tab of the media browser, so if you don’t have any highlights recorded, it may appear that nothing happens when you try to mount the camera/view footage. Click “buffered video” and raw footage should appear.
